How close are the shades of red among those cultures, nationally or regionally?
Red hair among the Irish, Finns and Scotts?
You get all shades of red amongst these people - I'm not sure about the Finns, but all the people on the British Isles have pretty much the same ethnic background (no romans in ireland and the danish influence was less). So whatever genes cause red hair are all over the place. I come from the Republic of Ireland, and I know people with orange, ginger brown, reddish blonde and really red hair just in my city. I'm in Scotland right now, and it's exactly the same!
