go to Sally's its called manic panic you have to bleach your hair first or go to hot topic .com or hot topic store they have good dye also

If you want it that red I suggest you just go to a good hair salon and let them do it but make sure you want your hair red for a long time cuz once its that red you wont get all the red out of it for a while
