I let a friend talk me into going red yesterday and I really regret it now. My hair is in really good condition, is there any way I can get my natural color back without causing major hair trauma?

I really don't think that is a good idea because that is causing too much chemicals for your hair, which could make it very thin and your hair could also fall out. So i would wait at least a month.

I say just pick a dye that looks like your old hair color and dye it back.

I think you should wait a while - other wise you will have to much chemicals in youre hair and it will noot be healthy! i think atleast wait a month - better safe than sorry i say!

This happened to my dad once and he went ahead and redyed it back to his same color. Everything turned out fine and nothing went wrong. Although, you might want to wait just a little while because all of the chemicals might be bad for your hair.

All you have to do is put on a semi-perm color, PLEASE don't use a perm color.

You are talking about a color correction, just put a neutral brown over the red, it maybe reddish/brown but so much better for your hair.

Please don't let people talk you into color stripping your hair either, all you have to do is change the tone of your hair not the level of it.

Semi-perm color will be fine, a true semi-perm color has no ammonia in it, so you CAN use it today.and it will make shiny.

You should Not re-dye your hair today. It would be wise to wait at least a week to re-dye your hair. If you used bleach to pull up to red be careful because your hair is going to be very dry after dying a second time. If you used a box to color you still need to treat your hair with care by using a very good conditioner for color treated hair. Get a hair mask or a hot oil tx., Put the color all over your hair evenly when you apply, as if you are dying it for the first time to cover the entire head. This is the way to get all the Red covered. Good luck.

This is really damaging to your hair, regardless of what brand or products you use. Wait for at least a week and then redye it. Also, removing red is not easy on some hairs, so try to use a darker shade of brown.

Do you like any of the red or not at all? I would seek a professional just so that you are getting the most gentle product out there you can. I would also only use a semi- perm product. Of course you will have to keep up on that product a few times.
